Introduction	Hi. Thanks for stopping in and having a look. This blog is to keep me accountable and also to record my journey on the 12 Week Body Transformation Program. I'm 30 years old and I started my weight loss journey about 12 months ago at over 120kg. I'm currently down to 95.2kg with a goal of 70kg.
