Describe the sound of a moist waffle falling onto a hot griddle.
I wouldn't know. The last time I made a waffle was at the breakfast buffet at the Howard-Johnson in either Wilmington or Newark, Delaware. I never had a chance to make said waffle because one of the "cafeteria workers" was standing in the doorway, watching me, then cut in front of me to fix said waffle because I guess I stood there too long, reading the directions on how to use the waffle iron.
