| Introduction | Without going into too much detail about myself--that includes my real name--I am a woman enjoying her life; looking for everlasting love (I can dream can't I); and continuing my budding career in the advertising industry. Like most people in advertising, I sort of fell into my career. Luckily, my career has been able to finance my compulsion to own the most beautiful shoes that I set my eyes on! I know that I love my shoes so much that I've already instructed my kin that when I die I do want a funeral with an open casket--from the ankles down (to show off my shoes of course)... You may wonder why my blog is titled: a strand of pearls, lipstick, and stilettos? In the advertising industry one of my favorite perks is the ability to meet so many fabulous (and some not so fab) people. Anyway, one of these fabulous people I met told me one night over dinner, "A woman only really needs three things to catch a man: a strand of pearls, red lipstick, and stilettos." Ever since, I've been on the hunt for man-trap stilettos, which has also helped with my man-chasing adventures. Ahh, to find love, but better yet, the most perfect pair of shoes. They are out there! |
