| Introduction | The artist works that are dominated by a common reference of colour and the female status of art, and highlight her intense emotional world. Fabric, metal, acrylic, embroidery and wood are just some of the various materials that the artist dares to combine and display through her creations. In her paintings she recreates mental situations and experiences that reveal her sensitivity, while the warm and cool colour tones constitute a Latin American atmosphere. Guerrero's recent compositions are inspired by important women such as Frida Kaklo that the great opera singer Maria Callas, and the Melina Mercuri. interpreted and they express her recent concerns about creation, while at the same time she pays an artistic tribute to the diva of the lyric theatre..In 2017 she inspired in famous latinoamercan women artist and in December 2019 present in Beatbop Gallery, in Bogota Colombia .In these gallery she has presented famele compositions that she was inspired in the pop art |
| Interests | Colombian artist Julia Guerrero Born in Bogota, Colombia, and took the Greek nationality on the 2003.From 1987 to 1990 she studied Plastic Arts at University Los Andes, in Bogotá, Colombia. And from 1990 to 1992 she studied Fine Arts at the Academy of fine Arts of Rome, Italy. During the same period she follow the school of art restoration in the Italian Institute Arte, Artigianato e Restauro Roma. .Her individual expositions have been numerous (29 solo exhibition and 60 collective expositions) mainly in Greece, Italy, England, Belgio, Colombia, Austria, Oukrania , Turkey, and Russia. She has participed in the Athens Biennal and her works of art belong to numerous collections of museums , Foundations and Cultural center in Colombia , Italy France, Mexico, Braxil and in Greece such as Contemporary Art Center of Larissa, Multicultural Center Athinais in Athens, in the Foundation Pieridi in Athens, in the National Gallery of Leukada, in the National Gallery of Pireus, in the Museum of Peania, in the Maria Callas Museum and Maria Callas Foundation and and the Doga Foundation of Istanbul, Turkey, in the Museum of Corigliano Italy, in the Museum Gregof , Art and Graft, Novecherkassk, Russia, and in the Museum de Odessa in Ukraine . |
