Introduction	Welcome! Thank you for viewing my blog. Cooking has been my passion since young. I enjoy reading recipes online and cookbooks, of course also cook it and journal it. I do jot down most my cooking in a A4 size journal book. But hearing a sharing from a friend inspired me to put it online. A physical journal can only access when you have it. One day if my children miss homecooked food, they can access my journal from wherever they are. A few recipes here are from my mum-in-law. She is a great cook. I used to help up in the kitchen when we were living with her. She is always more than willing to share how she did her cooking. The challenging part is an experienced and seasoned cook does not usually measure the ingredients and condiments when she does the cooking. However, with her guidance and over years of practise, my family now could not really differeniate my cooking with hers.
