| Introduction | This blog is about my struggles and triumphs after getting out of an abusive relationship. It's not easy. I have lost a lot of who I was, as well as friends, and have been made to feel ashamed for speaking up about what happened to me. But for every one person out there who would say I should stay quiet, I have had amazing friends stand by and support me and encourage me to speak up. I want everyone who reads this to know there is a safe place out there for you, and there are people willing to listen and love you. I thought I was alone, for so long. All I needed to do was stand up and say something. |
