| Introduction | I'm obsessed with food and cooking. The kitchen is my favorite room of the house. Focusing on cooking is zen-like for me...the whole world seems to stop (or maybe pause a bit) when I'm in that mode. I strive to create healthy meals that taste amazing for my family.I've covered the gamut between loads of butter laden deliciousness and growing and eating sprouts and grass. I think I've finally found that place somewhere in between the butter and the lawn where food can be healthy and taste delicious. |
