| Introduction | I'm a mostly-vegan young adult. What that means is that I eat vegan at home. But if I'm out with friends and a dish has some dairy in it, I will go ahead and eat it. Hence the name convenient vegan. I grew up in a home with an amazing mother who could cook anything. Her vegan dishes were simply amazing and she taught me how to cook and follow recipes. |
