| Introduction | Lisa Moore began her career as an educator in 2001 as a high school literature and composition teacher in the Deer Valley school district. In 2007, she earned a Master of Arts degree in English from Northern Arizona University. In the following year, she got married, had her first child, and began teaching English as an adjunct professor at Phoenix College. Lisa found her home at Glendale Community College in 2016, where she teaches First Year Composition, both online and in-person. When Lisa is not teaching or sipping coffee in her office in HT2, you can find her hanging out in central Phoenix, where she likes to eat all the food, listen to live music, and garden poorly. She also loves to spend time with her husband, her two daughters and a growing collection of eternally hungry pets. |
