Introduction	I m from kuala lumpur. I was a very active sport girl during my school time and my weight was only 45kg. I was more to work, college and home for the past 8 year and all of out i totally ignore the weight issue. There is when, day by day, i started to put on weight and when i look back after the 8 years, i have gain 25kg extra. It was so easy to put on extra weight but trust me, its so hard to lose even 1 kg.
