| Introduction | Hi there. I'm Ruth. I'm a mother of 2 kids, a wife and a stay at home mum. I run Indian supper clubs and cookery classes with my friend. Recently my husband has decided to change career to a job which will mean that we'll be €10k less a year in wages. I wanted to document this for myself and if anyone is interested that's great!
