Introduction My interest in health and nutrition have always been a big part of my life. I have created this blog with the intention of sharing information and idea's regarding raw food and the health benefits. I did not put this together for medical advice, nor to be used for a diet. Your health is your own responsibility. If you're looking for medical advice, please consult your physician. This is a life style that I have chosen to live, along with running, hiking, weight training, yoga, meditation and nature. I became interested in raw foods around 4 years ago after recieving a monthly news letter. I didn't understand what the writer meant about "raw" foods. The reason is I eat lots of fruits and vegetables so I thought that was "raw" but I discovered a whole new world of "raw food". After many months of reading, I purchased a food processor, juicer and dehydrator. I then started experimenting in my "Kitchen of Love" with raw foods. I had extra time on my hands and spent many hours preparing raw foods. Thanks to Sunflower Lord, Denise Sage and many others who took the time out to answer my questions. Brightest Blessings xox~
