| Introduction | Just a guy trying to get back into shape after going through nursing school and a huge bout of depression. A really dark couple of years. Really enjoying this triathlon thing, trying to fulfill a lifelong dream of doing an Ironman. My goal is Ironman by forty, so I've got some time. I finished my first sprint last weekend, hopefully get one more in before the season is done. |
