Introduction	I have been married to my husband John for 26 years. We have two amazing boys; JW who is 19 and Jarod who is 16. We live in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. I am just starting this blog in hopes that it will offer a glimmer of hope to parents that have been newly diagnosed with an HLHS baby. I remember when we were diagnosed prenatally, and just how frantically we searched the internet, but were not finding many success stories. Technology has certainly changed and gives access to a great support system through social media. I am here to share our story, the ups and downs, and to update how Jarod is doing while he battles his CHD called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.
