My blogs
| Introduction | After 20 years in public education and 20 years running my leadership consulting business, I enjoy a new focus on our twin grandchildren, spiritual direction, writing essays and poetry, reading, playing West African music, practicing yoga, and facilitating writing programs and groups, knitting, weaving, watercolors and walks. In 2003 I became deeply interested in spiritual development and completed the spiritual guidance program at Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation in Bethesda. My interest in spiritual memoir is an outgrowth of this study. I facilitate Writing Your Spiritual Journey at churches and retreat centers and currently share silence and intention with individuals who seek a deeper understanding of the sacred in their lives. |
