Introduction Tamam Moncur, is the leader of Spiritual Voices, as well as CEO of 72 Hours, a theatrical production Co. located in the tri-state area. She is an educator, musician, writer, and poet.She is an accomplished pianist, composer and arranger having studied with the composer George Walker at Rutgers University in Newark.She has arranged for such notables as Archie Shepp, her husband Grachan Moncur III and in the 60's performed with Albert Ayler. She retired from the Newark Public School system after 25 years of teaching and has since received her masters from the International Institute of Restorative Practices. In June 2014 she received her Masters of Science in Restorative Practices. She is also on the planning committee for the House of Love Soup Kitchen located in Newark. She writes music and poetry and has put her compositions on CD's, as well as self published two booklets of poetry and a book entitled Diary of an Inner City Teacher. She loves God and all that which is good in life.
