| Introduction | A one time student in Florence, IT for too short who enjoyed a 4 month class under a former Tre Bicchiere judge, the beloved Three Glass competition. It is because of this that my foremost love is Italian wines but I have really begun to reach out to other wine regions. I love cooking Italian, so many regions and so much diversity from south to north and have begun to explore other European cuisines largely French and Spanish, but have also been most recently exploring quite a bit more with Morroccan, Japanese, Indian and Thai cuisines. I think it will be very exciting to pair these diverse flavors with wine and learn works and what doesn't work so well a long the way. Thanks for joining me. |
