Introduction I like to THINK of myself as a somewhat creative person...I love literature and putting my thoughts on paper. Yes, I still would rather use pen and paper rather than a laptop! I admire anyone with the confidence to pursue writing or anything expressive. I know that it is something that makes me feel more myself when I do it. Currently, I attend neighborhood book club meetings once a month. :) That seems to be a nice release as well for me. Also, I am interested in people in general..I like learning all about their backgrounds and what makes them who they are. I think of myself as a people person. I also must admit I am a bit of a picture freak. :) I love to take pictures of my kids, and I love any occasion that I can bring a camera. I would record my whole life if I could so I could have it to always reflect back on. Thank goodness I have a great memory!! But when the opportunity arises I am always the one with the annoying video or digital camera in hand. Also, above all other, I love my family and friends and enjoy spending as much time as possible with them. That's what life's all about, right? Our loved ones..
Interests I am a person passionate about things that move me and perpetually change me for the better. I love conversations that make me loose track of time and the people that create them. I find inspiration in those I hold closest to my heart and try to always remember that they are only human as I know I am undeniably flawed. It brings comfort to know that none of us are prefect no matter how deluded I get. I am addicted to traveling and love to do it when the money and time permeant. I sometimes do prefer a good book over anything else. (I am so grateful for the Book Babes and Brunches). I miss you girls!! I do love to go to the movies and must confess I rather like going alone. I will pull random things from the past that people often are like "How or Why did you remember that?" If there is some totally meaningless snippet from a conversation or time we shared then I would remember it. (My husband is annoyed by this often LOL). Continually, I am reminded that life goes by so quickly through watching my children grow and I often contemplate on whether I am fulling living up to my full potential and helping them reach theirs too. I tend to thrive on my own self doubt and procrastination. I have been know to throw a pity party or two. However, they are short lived and I come back more determined! I love the moments that humble me and make me remember how fortunate I really am! These intense moments of clarity remind me to be thankful and not take too much for granted. I undeniably love LIFE and every moment of it. I only wish I had more time and energy to enjoy it more.
