| Introduction | My name is Jenny, and this is a page to celebrate art and healing. I have found much of my healing through art, and I encourage anyone who might be reading this to try art therapy. Whether your art is music, drawing, painting, writing, dancing, try to use it as therapy to face your trials. I am almost 40 years old. I live in Arizona, USA. I have survived sexual assault, domestic violence, and live with daily agonizing pain. I grew up in the Middle East, which has had an impact on how I view the world. Welcome to my blog on healing.
