| Introduction | Nadir is a "Human Rights Activist", who has been brutalized by the Canadian System, has suffered Mental and Physical torture for more than twenty tree (23) years particularly at the hands of Metro Toronto Police, Justice System, Children's Aids Societies, Worker's Compensation Board,Correctional System; to which he was once incarcerated into for more than (9) months and wherein he was psychologically and phisically tortured by using the intimidation, degradation, humillation, isolation, exposed to cold freezing for months, staying in loud noises and bright ligths for 22 hours a day, sleep deprivation, infected with a disease, poisoning of food, denied to take a shower and to use the restroom and several times beaten unconsciously and almost killed by the Jail-Guards. the whole evidence is located in the "Ministry of Correctional Services" which is preventing from disclosing the complete files, even when an order was made by the Adjudicator, Mr [john} Swaigen, a representative of the "Information anf Privacy Commissioner/Ontario".These Canadian Jails are simillar to those infamous prisons of: GUANTAMANO and ABU-GHPAIB". Criticized by the Canadian Goverment?. |
