Introduction | I’ve been interested in food and cooking ever since I was a little kid, I started watching cooking shows before kindergarten. After discovering that beer could taste “good” I set my sights on homebrewing. I took a student taught course my senior year at CMU in 2005 called “Beer Brewing and Appreciation.” After two extract batches as part of the class I moved onto all-grain and that is when I really got hooked. Ever since then I have been striving to create beers that I like to drink, this has ranged from the simple to the absurd. In particular I have a passion for wild/sour beers, I just love the unique flavors that can be created in no other way. |
