| Introduction | Edith Grace Designs was established in 2012, selling original doll knitting patterns. Edith Grace Creations was created in 2018, selling tartan cross stitch patterns, and Edith Grace Vintage was created in 2024, selling modernised & resized vintage knitting patterns. My online shops are named after my Granny Grace Cox nee de Quincey. She lived in London and worked as a Master Tailor in the West End fashion houses. She was evacuated to Deddington, Oxfordshire in 1941 and met my Grampy. She became the local seamstress in the village of Deddington. My patterns are original, inspired by nature, history, places I visit, and where I live in the English countryside. I am a 30+ years qualified and experienced teacher who tutors Textiles & Dressmaking in the Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire area. I tutor children, young people, and adults in sewing machine skills, dressmaking, knitting, crocheting & textiles. |
