Introduction	I'm an island dweller living here to be closer to the local flora and fauna, but appreciating a good coffee & pastry in town. Eagles, hawks, a myriad of other birds, tiny tree frogs, raccoon, coyote, & deer are my neighbors. If I'm not at home, I'm in England or Europe trying to learn the local patter, eating scones and pommes frites. My goal is to live on ice cream and travel for a year.
Interests	Travel, languages, books, kayaking, quilting, knitting, baking, friends and family.
Favorite movies	Whale Rider, The Visitor, Stranger than Fiction, Rabbit Proof Fences, Romancing the Stone, Missing, Under the Tuscan Sun, The Shawshank Redemption, Freedom Road, Second Hand Lions, Sixth Sense, The Last Holiday, Chocolat, Mysteries from BBC etc.
Favorite music	I'm stuck in the sixties. Joan Baez, James Taylor, Carol King, Crosby Stills & Nash, Classical, Folk, Reggae, and bagpipes.
Favorite books	The Secret Life of Bees, books by Barbara Kingsolver, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Sue Hubbel, mysteries, children's books, psychiatry, philosophy & more.
