| Introduction | I was diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease and follow a low sodium diet. This is not so easy, living in South Africa, as we do not have access to many sodium free products. I have been on an extensive search to find foods that are healthy alternatives and that was the reason for this blog. I want to share my findings here and hopefully help others who find themselves on a similar journey to mine. |
