Introduction	I'm a simple person with the ambition to do my very best each day on the homefront and in the classroom. I am so blessed to get up each morning and go to work to do what I enjoy the most; work with high school age kids and study literature and history ! On top of that, the people I work with are wonderful and share a lot of the same beliefs and certainly the same love for kids and education!
Interests	My husband, my children, reading, religion and philosophy,the Sox, basketball and Hovawart dogs.
Favorite movies	My favorite show is The Waltons. I know every episode; I still cry my way through them! French Kiss, Greencard, Children of a Lesser God, and Sweet Home Alabama are guilty pleasures.
Favorite music	Currently new on my mp3 player: Regina Spektor, Rufus Wainwright, Russell Watson
Favorite books	The Bible, Far From the Madding Crowd, Oil Notes, Reflections on the Gift of a Watermelon Pickle, Field of Dreams, Their Eyes Were Watching God, Mandy, Rosamunde Pilcher novels, the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon, Zemindar
