Introduction	I am a passionate foodie who has been a teacher, lover and explorer of the passions of food, drink, and life for over 30 years. I am a passionate Philadelphian who has been a Chef, Teacher, Bartender, Caterer, Landscaper, and Laborer. I am a father, son of a WWII Marine, brother, sports fan and confessed hopeless romantic. I believe in fighting for those less fortunate and supporting kids, animals and Mother Earth. Most importantly I believe that food and taste can tell who we are as a people and that life without passions is a life wasted. I grew up in a humble middle class setting as the youngest of five sons and learned the value of work, family, love and being an American. The road to becoming a passionate foodie has been a long strange one since my early days of watching my grandmother hand make pierogies, and I hope to share with you those lessons and my continued exploration.
