| Introduction | Biography Lemba D. Nyirenda obtained his: bachelor of engineering degree from the University of Zambia in 1976; masters degree in power engineering and operations research in 1983 and doctorate in computer and electrical engineering in 1991 at the University of California Irvine, respectively. His research interests include Energy and ICT systems disaster protection; and integrated development of electricity, telecommunications, and water lifelines infrastructure; management science and operations research. Dr Lemba D. Nyirenda holds two PACRO-Zambia Patents covering the “Universal Productivity-Emergency-Disaster-Recover Meter” and the “Circuit-Board Computerized Drilling Dedekind-Cut TSP Periodic-Table Composition Series Methodology”. |
