| Introduction | I like to study Bible prophecy to help witness to my children and other people I care about. If you want to enrich your life and put into perspective the problems in your life then you need the power of a relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is the power of His grace which is the salvation of our souls, and the strength of our daily walk. The only way to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ is through hearing and reading His words in the Bible. I would suggest you start reading the book of John which presents the good news message of our Lord Jesus very simply, then the book of Luke followed by Acts. Luke and Acts were actually both written by Luke, a traveling companion of the Apostle Paul. When read together they give a concise picture based on eyewitness testimony of what the early blueprint of Christianity was-- and a model example of what it should be today. The letters, or epistles were written to the early Christians to instruct and encourage them in their faith. They are as relevant for us today as they were for the first century Christians. |
