| Introduction | I have always loved to do crafts and I have done so many different kinds of crafts my whole life. I have been sewing the longest. I have tried latch hook, embroidery, crewel work, counted cross-stitch, wooden puzzles, Christmas ornaments, ceramics, etc. My new sewing machine is my third that I've had and I love it! I recently cleaned out my sewing machine cabinet drawers and it was a trip down memory lane. I found old Santa Claus letters, pictures, pieces of fabric that I remembered exactly what I made with them! I also like to knit. My Grandmother started me when I was pregnant with my first child. All I really learned to do was to cast on and knit. Then we moved too far away for anymore Grandma knitting lessons. When she passed away several years ago, I received all her knitting supplies! They just layed around in a box for a few years until one day I decided I needed to keep up the tradition in the family. I'm not an expert knitter but I have fun doing the simple things. I think I have too many hobbies because I'm always switching from one to another. Therefore, I have many UFOs. |
