| Introduction | Hi! Thanks for stopping by! I'm Asako, and I was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease. I am on a gluten, latex and plant oil free diet. I'm also trying to balance Omega 3 & 6. I know, this diet sounds crazy, but I truly believe that this is going to be good for me for many different reasons. I decided to experiment with different menu items so that I don't have to give up some of my favorite goodies without compromising the diet.
