Introduction	I was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana where the way of life is laid-back and simple. Even though I've lived in Florida for a while now, there are still many things that I miss about the south- the culture, the food, and the festivals among other things. So, I've decided to make it a point to keep southern traditions a part of my life and always remember my roots! "Laissez les bons temps rouler" or "Let the good times roll"!
