About me

Location Washington, Indiana
Introduction The Hoosier Hills Rug Hooking Guild was organized in the fall of 2002. Membership is comprised of women from several counties in Indiana and Illinois. Meetings are held the second Saturday of each month from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (local time) at the New Hope Church, 559 E 100 S, Washington, Indiana and are open to the public. Visitors are always welcome! A typical meeting includes a brief time to discuss business, followed by lots of time for rug hooking and fellowship. Members and visitors are urged to bring recently completed projects, or projects in progress, for show and tell. Bring a sack lunch if you desire. If you decide to join, annual dues are $15.00. A monthly newsletter keeps members informed. Besides regular meetings, the Guild is proud to sponsor the annual Wool Fiber Arts Fair the third Saturday of May each year. Members also demonstrate rug hooking at various festivals and fairs in the area. Feel free to contact us at hoosierhillsguild@gmail.com
