Introduction	It was mid September 2014 that I learned of the most unique opportunity to move and work in a remote Northern Community in Manitoba. It was one month later that I jumped on a plane, landed in Winnipeg and started my 9 week training in hemodialysis. In January I look forward to moving to Garden Hill, somewhere so remote that you can only fly in and out of the community. Its going to be an adventure most peculiar!
