Introduction	Joyene Nazatul is part woodworker, filmmaker, and writer, and all around procrastinator. They hail from the tiny island state of Singapore. After graduating with a BFA in Digital Filmmaking in 2015, they fulfilled their life goal of being a scriptwriter for a television company. While the dream was short-lived, it inspired a drastic career change and a move halfway across the world to Victoria, BC. They now design and build furniture, with hopes of starting their own business. Joyene also moonlights as drag performer Noah Fence and plays goalie for the Sailors Field Hockey Club in their spare time.
