| Introduction | I have worked for Fitness Management since 1997, and love being in an atmosphere that encourages physical fitness and health. My fitness beginnings started when I was four, when I took tap, jazz and ballet lessons for 12 years. Now, I run, swim and take yoga classes at my gym. I have participated in a handful of 10ks, and two half marathons, but my favorite "sport" is backpacking/hiking. I have a B.S. in Communications from Northwestern University, and have loved to write since I can remember. |
