Introduction	I am a classroom teacher who has taught for a couple of decades. Frustrated with the changing face and failed reforms in education. I have seen firsthand how we are failing kids and the new common core standards will do nothing to change that. Implementing them is proving to be very difficult for everyone, but mostly for the kids who are learning to hate school. The art of teaching is becoming a thing of the past. I want to do something about this, but have come up against a brick wall when it comes to administrators and even coworkers. This is my way to vent without risking my job.
