Introduction	Hi, I'm Claudia - new wife, food lover, and wannabe wine connoisseur.I have the best sous-chefs I could ever ask for, a 3 year old yorkie pup named Wrigley and a 2 yr old Schnauzer names Zoey. I created this blog for two simple reasons: 1. I love food (who doesn't?) AND 2. To share my lessons-learned in the kitchen with the world. I love to try new recipes, but before I do, I enjoy reading what other people have to say about their go at it. Did it need a bit more of this or that? Another 10 minutes make a difference? It's these tips and tricks that make a world of difference, and are usually only gained by experience. I've also come to realize that no matter how much research I do on a particular dish, I always and without fail, learn something new in the process. This is where I will share those learnings with all of you!
