Introduction	So let me just start at the beginning, not the very beginning, just the one that spawned this 3 part journey, and I'll try to be brief. I met my husband in spring of 2005, married in Dec 2006, daughter in Dec 2007, moved in Oct 2009, son followed in Feb 2010! During this time I packed on about 45lbs that has hung with me through it all... So this began the 1st part of my 3 part journey. Through the support and guidance of Willie Hamilton and the staff at Anytime Fitness (http://anytimefitness.com/en-us/clubs/2400/Kingsport-TN-health-club) I started my HCG transformantion on Jan 17th. As of March 23rd I had lost 42lbs, 8 1/2" in my belly and 6" in my hips!! With this renewed energy and spark for life I began part 2 of my journey- to run the Crazy 8's (crazy8s.org) during Fun Fest. Training is going great, and so I'm ready to begin part 3... the very reason for this blog!
