Introduction	I'm the contemporary, female version of one of those nerdy Bronx teens who once obsessed over Superman comics. Superman was, at that time and for that urban crowd, the ultimate wish fulfillment - brave, just, and willing to apply his unique talents to protecting ordinary Americans. Spitzer is, for many of us, a grown-up, tortuously complex version of Superman, but with far more formidable super-powers. And now that Eliot has acknowledged his own Spitzer-specific "Kryptonite" vulnerability, perhaps we can all move forward and accept this ubermensch for his past heroic deeds - specifically, his incredibly bold attempt to prosecute AIG before it blew up Main Street.
