| Introduction | I grew up near St. Louis, Missouri. After high school I served nine years in the Navy -- Submarines -- then got out and attended Univ. of Colorado, Boulder, followed by law school at Univ. of Denver. Was Deputy DA in southern Colorado, then returned to the Navy as an Intelligence Officer. I retired in 1992, lived in Japan, traveled in Europe, and settled in California |
