Introduction	My name is Alayna Myles. I am from Anchorage, AK thus explaining my blog title of AK Grown. My experience as a transplant here has been both frustrating , yet amazing. My family is also of Belizean desent , so I find that my culture influences my view on government. I am a proud Democrat, but would not really consider myself far left wing.I also am not a fan of Sarah Palin, so now you don't have to ask me. She is a nice person though. From this class i hope to get a better understanding of the government here, since it is so different from Alaska.
