We are big believers and supporters of the Slow Food Movement, sustainable farming, and try as much as possible to offer cheeses that are made without additives or preservatives, that are made by artisans with sustainable practices both for our environment and their families. Every wheel that is hand-made carries a lot of pride and family tradition and our love for them has made us huge advocates.
