Introduction	As painful as hitting rock bottom was, it was actually a godsend. I was diagnosed with Graves’ Disease & as alarming as my deteriorating health was, that fear gradually diminished and I settled back into my old habits of smoking, eating poorly & not getting much exercise. On a trip with my husband, I actually had to buy a pair of men’s board shorts because the shop didn’t carry any women’s suits large enough. I was humiliated. Arriving home, I started P90.
