Introduction	I grew up in Harnes in the north of France, close to the Belgian border, where my parents still live. I started travelling when I was 23, when I worked for Disney in a french gastronomic restaurant in Orlando. I arrived in Dublin in October 2000 and loved the people and the atmosphere straight away. I kept on working hard and learning a lot in the food&drink industry, and by 2003 I was managing a restaurant that turned 1000 customers a year, and loving it. It's in 2004 that Kenny and I met, and we moved from Donabate to Kilcullen in 2006. That's when the serious cooking started in the house... Today we cook every lunch&dinner, everything from scratch; and Kenny brings his own lunches to work. After being made redundant twice for economical reasons last year, I came up with the idea of opening my own kitchen, and offer some proper homemade and healthy food. Baking cakes and tarts is obvious to me, because I grew up baking with both my parents. I got the pastry gene from them!
Interests	Photography, reading, hill walking (not too far and not too long...) Baking, cooking of course!
