Introduction	I have been married to my husband for over 30 years, have three wonderful grown children and one grandchild. I was diagnosed with a gluten allergy before I was two years old; which is quite rare to have been diagnosed accurately so many years ago. I had a wonderful children's allergist to thank for that! I love to cook and most love to cook gourmet gluten-free and have my family and friends not tell the difference.
