Introduction	I have been in sales and sales management for the past 30 years. I have hired hundreds of salespeople and trained many of them. It is one of my favorite things to do; help a salesperson or sales manager become successful. I have written a book called The Succinct Sales Handbook that is as of yet unpublished. This blog takes pages out of that book and lets me publish them.
