| Introduction | I lost my son Owen on Nov 15th of 2010 from SUID. He was nearly two months old. It was and is the hardest thing I've ever had to experience in my life. I had alot of support from family friends and the community during my time of need and I am forever grateful. This blog is in memory of Owen(his legacy) to educate others, promote awareness and the Simple act of "Paying It Forward" Forever leaving footprints in our hearts and making the world a better place one day at a time.
