Why does the color blue mean raspberry-flavored?
The color blue means "raspberry-flavored" because candy developers already had to deal with red being "cherry" and pink being "watermelon." Raspberry was being difficult. Raspberry was a more popular flavor than blueberry, so raspberries got to be blue.
