| Introduction | I am a farmer's daughter who has now spent more time away from the farm than on it. My children are my greatest treasures, along with my husband. I have been in the early childhood education field for over 30 years and I still get excited over new ideas and approaches. I love the mountains, snow and time with my family. When you open your eyes underwater, do you ever worry that you'll drown?
No...I never worried that I would drown. However, after the movie "Jaws" came out, I sometimes worried that I would open my eyes and there would be a shark!
