| Introduction | I am the mother of three grown children, Alexis Danielle and Jonathan, and the grandmother of a beautiful 7 month old baby girl, Olivia. Last year I lost both my parents; My father died first, after caring for my acutely ill and disabled mother for 7 years. Two months later, we lost my mother and we welcomed Baby Olivia six months after that. This alone gives me plenty to write about but there is so much more. I think that I am somewhere in the range of normal and look at all the wacky things going on around me and wonder…. Am I the only one who thinks this stuff is crazy? I have a hilarious husband and a great group of quirky friends who provide an abundance of material, too. I love to share the funny things that always seem to happen to me, and vent when things make me sad or angry. I am interested in current events, books, fashion, travel, politics and sports. I hope that you will laugh and cry, empathize and sympathize, agree and disagree. |
